The modest subtitle "the world wants to be deceived" is a famous proverb, which may well have been coined by one and only Baron Munchausen himself, the king of all liars.
The "almost" original production by Šimon Spišák, based on the book The Marvellous Adventures of Baron Munchausen - on journey by water and land, military campains, and cheerful adventures by Gottfried August Bürger, tells the story of the ruthless yet absurd battle of five Barons Munchausen vying for the audience’s favor. From the mouth of the "real" Baron Munchausen, you'll learn how his horse ended up on the church tower, how he was attacked by a wolf, how he flew home on the wings of ducks, how he created a deer with a cherry between its antlers, how he defeated a bear, and how he found himself on the Moon. But above all, you'll discover who the "real" Baron Munchausen is and what happens when we believe stories told by Baron Munchausen.
